Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, whether the item is opened or unopened. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all our customers.
Please note: Some of our products are heat sensitive. Please utilize the tracking to ensure your package is not left in the sun or a hot mailbox. We suggest ordering to your work or being home upon delivery in warmer climates. We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our care, and are unable to replace these items free of charge, thank you for understanding!
